Setting Up ShippingBatch Shipping

New fulfillment setting menu

Introducing a new menu for sellers to manage fulfillment setup to allow sellers to setup a collection method and document format.

Collection method: you can now set up pickup or drop-off collection methods at the warehouse level, and once configured, all your orders will automatically apply these settings.

How to do the setup

On the order page, select "..." and select fulfillment settings	Select "Collection method"	Select the collection method. Once this is setup, it will automatically apply to all orders.	If you are using multiple warehouses, you can select different collection methods for different warehouses.

Default action setting: you can choose the default action after successfully arrange shipment

How to do the setup

On the order page, select "..." and select fulfillment settings	Select "Default action setting"	Choose your preferred option: "Arrange shipment and print together" or "Arrange shipment and print label step by step"

Document format: you can setup the size and layout of your shipping labels and packing list.

New shipping flow - skip collection method setting

The shipping process is getting an upgrade to make it much smoother. We're removing the extra step where you had to choose a "Collection Method." Instead, the system will now automatically apply the collection method you've already set for your warehouse to all your orders.

Tips: if you have experienced screen freezes or application issues after upgrading, we recommend you to follow below instructions

Restart your applications
If your order is already printed, you can reprint it again by selecting "..." on the top right corner of the order page and select shipping labels then select orders you would like to print again.

Combine orders and uncombine orders
1. How to combine orders

Arrange shipment for your orders in batch	The system will automatically suggest orders you can combine. You just need to review them and tap "Confirm to combine."	If you don't want to combine orders, you can "Skip" to ignore all suggestions.	If you want to remove some orders from suggested combine order, you can select "..." and select "Remove".

How to uncombine orders

Select combined orders and click "..."	Select "Uncombine"

Split orders and edit split orders
1. Split order

Find the order you want to split and tap "..."	Select "Split shipment"	Add items to a new package by clicking on "Add item from original package". You can add more than 2 packages by selecting "Add new package"	pick SKU you would like to move to and confirm split package
