What steps do I need to follow when fulfilling an order via Ship by Seller?

Step 1: Review Order

  • Review your customer's order and confirm if the ordered product(s) is in stock and can be fulfilled.
    • If you cannot fulfill an order, then you can cancel it.

Step 2: Pack Order

Step 3: Hand off Order to Carrier

  • Contact your Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to collect the order.
  • Once this is done, you will need to complete the following actions in Seller Center > Manage Orders:
    • Input the order's shipment tracking ID
    • Update the order's status to "Shipped"
    • Enter your LSP's tracking details

Step 4: Update delivery status

  • Update the order's status to "Delivered" once it has been delivered to your customer. Do take note that this has to be done within 15 calendar days from the date the order was placed.
