  • This Platform Abuse Policy (hereafter referred to as "this Policy") outlines the Seller & Creator behaviour that we prohibit on TikTok Shop (hereafter referred to as "the platform"). This Policy applies to all Sellers and Creators on the platform (hereafter referred to as "users").
  • The Platform may take enforcement action as set out in this Policy, the Seller Performance Evaluation Policy, Creator Enforcement Policy any other Platform Policy, the Seller Terms of Service, and the Creator Terms of Service.
  • This Policy is not exhaustive, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that they do not engage in any practice that is prohibited under this Policy, and that they comply with applicable laws and regulations, and all Platform Terms and Policies.
  • Users may wish to seek independent legal advice if they have questions about the laws and regulations concerning their practices.
  • Our Policies are updated periodically. We will notify you in advance of any changes to this Policy. Please see the Seller Terms of Service and Creator Terms of Service for details of how we may make changes to our terms and policies. Users are responsible for checking this page regularly to ensure they comply with our policies.

2. Prohibited Practices

2.1 Dropshipping

Dropshipping is not permitted on our platform. Dropshipping occurs when a seller uses the platform's shipping subsidies or services to fulfil or ship an order for a sale that did not originally take place on the platform.

2.2 Abuse of Platform Subsidies

Abuse of platform subsidies occurs when a user misuses subsidies granted by the platform, thereby causing the platform loss (e.g. financial loss, efficiency loss), in order to gain a personal benefit (e.g. increase in order numbers, shop rating, positive product reviews). Abuse of platform subsidies is not permitted on our platform.

2.3 Placing Fake Orders

Fake orders are orders that are not made by legitimate customers or for legitimate purposes, such as colluding with customers or a group of customers to order large amounts of the same or similar items from a seller's shop to boost its sales performance

What happens if I breach this Policy?

If you are found to violate this Policy, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account. You should note that repeated offenses will result in more significant penalties.
