When listing refurbished or second-hand products, you are required to follow certain criteria.
Refurbished/second-hand products are classified as "Invite-only" products which refer to specific products that sellers can only sell if they have been onboarded through an "invite-only" process. This involves submitting relevant required documentation to your account managers.

Product title

All the second-hand/refurbished titles must begin with [Second-hand], (2nd hand), Second hand -, [Đã qua sử dụng], (Đã qua sử dụng), Đã qua sử dụng -.For example, a secondhand mobile phone can be titled "[Second-hand] Xiaomi Redmi 9".

Product Category

All second-hand mobile phones, laptops, tablets, desktop computers, all-in-one desktops, servers, bags and bags accessories must be placed under the right category as below:

Product attributes

Product attributes of refurbished or second-hand mobile phones, laptops, tablets, desktop computers, all-in-one desktops and servers must be filled.

Product Condition

From the drop-down menu, please select "PRE-OWNED". The purpose of the "Product Condition" requirement is to provide more clarity on the secondhand product's quality and condition for customers, so they can properly assess if they want to buy it. Please take reference from criteria below when selecting your Product Condition.

Warranty type

Warranty types include 'international warranty', 'manufacturer warranty', 'supplier warranty' or 'no warranty'. This information can guide customers in determining the appropriate point of contact for addressing warranty-related inquiries and managing their expectations accordingly.

Warranty Duration

The duration of a warranty sets expectations for how long the product is eligible for repairs or replacements. It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate warranty duration for the product being offered. This helps both sellers and customers to manage their expectations regarding the extent of protection provided.

Physical condition

You must provide a detailed description of the product's physical condition, emphasizing any imperfections like scratches, dents, or cracks on any part of the item. It is advised that sellers include images of the affected areas.
Example:

• Dent: Laptop corners are slightly dented
• Scratches: Minor scratches on the top right of the screen
• Cracks: No chips or cracks on the screen
• Rust: The small zipper inside the bag is slightly rusted

Image & Videos

Uploaded product images and videos need to be an authentic reflection of what customers will receive once a purchase is made. Please follow the requirements set out here.

What happens if I breach these guidelines?

If you are found to violate these guidelines, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account. You should note that repeated offenses will result in more significant penalties.
