• Your score will be calculated based on your violation and order history over the past 90 days.
• Enforcement actions will continue to be based on the Violation Points system, your AHR score will be shown for reference only.
• Use this time to understand how AHR works and how your shop activities may affect your score.

AHR Launch: from July onwards

• Account Health Rating will fully replace the Violation Points system.

What is Account Health Rating (AHR)

The Account Health Rating (AHR) is a numerical score from 0–1,000 that shows the overall policy health of your seller account. It reflects points earned and lost based on your shop's activities over the past 90 days.
How it works

• All new sellers start with 200 points.
• Sellers can earn points for completed orders.
• Points are deducted for policy violations.
• Your AHR Score = Base Points (200) + Points Earned from Completed Orders (last 90 days) − Points Deducted for Policy Violations (last 90 days).
• Your AHR score helps you understand your account health and how close you may be to enforcement actions.
• Keep your AHR at 200 and above to stay within the healthy range and avoid milestone enforcement actions!
  

AHR Score Levels

• 🟢 200–1,000 points: Your account is healthy.
• 🟠 151–199 points: Your account needs improvement.
• 🔴 1–150 points: Your account is at risk of deactivation. Milestone enforcements may apply.
• ⚫ 0 points: Your TikTok Shop seller account will be deactivated.

How to earn points

1. Completed orders
   • Earn 4 points for every 200 completed orders, based on your shop's activity within a rolling 90-day period.
   • Orders that are late, returned, refunded, cancelled, or linked to high negative customer feedback or severe violations are not included.
   • Points from completed orders are calculated and added weekly.
   • You can earn a maximum of 16 points per week through this method.
   • Your AHR points are re-calculated weekly based on completed orders within a rolling 90-day period, and may increase or decrease as your order volume changes.
2. Policy quizzes

Earn 5 points when you receive a perfect score on the Policy Quiz linked to your specific violation.

• Quizzes are only available after a violation.
  • For example, if your shop violates the Intellectual Property Policy, you may receive the corresponding Counterfeit Policy Quiz.

How points are deducted

Points may be deducted from your Account Health Rating (AHR) if you violate our TikTok Shop policies or do not meet required performance standards. The number of points deducted depends on the severity and frequency of the violation.
All deducted points will be reset after 90 days, unless restored earlier through a successful appeal or corrective action.

Milestone Enforcements

Additional enforcement actions will apply when your Account Health Rating (AHR) drops to 150, 100, 50, and 0 points. These enforcement actions are known as milestone enforcements.
At 150 points

• You will not be able to enroll in new campaigns, user growth activities, free shipping subsidies, and other platform benefits for 7 days.
• You will not be able to enroll in the TikTok Shop Affiliates Program for 7 days.

At 100 points

• You will not be able to enroll in new campaigns, user growth activities, free shipping subsidies, and other platform benefits for 14 days.
• You will not be able to enroll in the TikTok Shop Affiliates Program for 14 days.
• You will not be able to create new listings or update existing listings for 14 days.
• Your livestream traffic will be reduced for 14 days.
• Your products will not be eligible for Shop Tab recommendations for 14 days.

At 50 points

• Your shop will be deactivated for 28 days.
• You will not be able to enroll in new campaigns, user growth activities, free shipping subsidies, and other platform benefits for 60 days.

At 0 points

• Your shop will be permanently deactivated.
• Note: Account reactivation is at TikTok Shop's sole discretion.

For sellers who are transitioning from Violation Points to Account Health Rating, how will their AHR score be calculated?

Their initial AHR score will be calculated using their shop's activities over the past 90 days. This includes:

• A starting base of 200 AHR points
• Points added based on your completed orders (last 90 days)
• Points deducted based on your violation history (last 90 days)

Do all sellers have an Account Health Rating?

Yes, all sellers have an AHR score. New sellers start with 200 points.

How often is my AHR updated?

Your AHR score is updated regularly based on your shop's activities, such as violations and quiz outcomes. Points from completed orders are calculated and added weekly.

Is my AHR score visible to customers?

No. Your AHR is only visible to you in Seller Center.

Why did my AHR change even though I did not receive a new violation?

Your AHR may change when previously earned or deducted points expire after 90 days. This is part of the rolling calculation used to reflect your account’s recent compliance activity.

Can I appeal point deductions?

Yes. You may submit an appeal through the relevant violation ticket. If your appeal is approved, any previously deducted points will be restored.

How is Account Health Rating (AHR) different from Store Rating?

AHR measures your shop's policy compliance, helping you understand your account health and how close you may be to enforcement actions. This score is only visible to you.

Store Rating measures your shop's performance over the past 60 days, based on product satisfaction, fulfillment and logistics, and customer service. A higher Store Rating can help unlock certain benefits. Your Store Rating is visible to customers on TikTok Shop.
