Effective and efficient order fulfilment is key to satisfying and retaining customers. Here are the general steps to follow when fulfilling orders:

Pre-orders

There are two types of orders: standards orders and pre-orders. Pre-orders typically cover customised or handmade items. Such orders generally require more time for order preparation and are therefore given extended delivery schedules. We currently only allow select sellers to mark their products as "pre-order" products.

Packing and Labelling

To ensure the safety of both package handlers and your customers, you will need to follow these dos and don'ts as well as relevant local laws and conditions imposed by your Logistics Service Provider (LSP) when packing and labelling your orders.

Shipping Methods

You can ship orders to your customers using one of two options - Ship by TikTok or Ship by Seller/Seller Own Fleet (SOF).

Payment Settlement

The payment settlement period refers to the duration between the delivery of an order and the date you get paid for that order. This duration can vary depending on certain conditions.
