Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)

Fulfillment Policy

What is the Late Dispatch Rate (LDR)?

The Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) is the percentage of all orders (over a period of 7 calendar days) that take longer than the Service Level Agreement (SLA) periods to be updated to "Shipped" status after the initial order date.
You should aim for an LDR of less than 4%.

What about Non-Working days and Public Holidays?

  • A "working day" refers to any day from Monday to Saturday. Sunday and Public Holidays are considered non-working days.
  • Non-Working days and Public Holidays are not counted when your LDR is calculated.

What would happen if I do not meet the target above?

Enforcement actions may be taken depending on how high the number of late orders are.
Order Volume Limits may be applied as follows:
  • LDR is ≥10% but <30% -> You will only be able to sell up to 90% of your average daily order volume
  • LDR is ≥30% but <50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 70% of your average daily order volume
  • LDR is ≥50% -> You will only be able to sell up to 50% of your average daily order volume
You may also receive Violation Points as follows:
  • LDR is ≥ 10% -> 2 Violation Points
  • LDR is ≥ 10% and late-dispatched orders ≥ 50 -> 4 Violation points

What happens if I breach these guidelines?

If you are found to violate these guidelines, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account. You should note that repeated offenses will result in more significant penalties.
