Order Fulfillment Timelines (Standard Orders)

In order to provide customers with a positive experience on TikTok Shop, sellers are required to meet certain order fulfilment timelines. The following timelines apply to Standard Orders that are Shipped by TikTok. These timelines do not apply to Pre-Orders or orders that are Shipped by Sellers.

When must my orders be handed over to Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)

For orders placed before 14:00H (2pm) on a Working DayFor orders placed after 14:00H (2pm) or on a Non-Working DayNote: If orders do not meet these timelines, your Late Dispatch Rate may be affected.

Auto-Cancellation: When will my orders be cancelled by the platform?

Orders will be automatically cancelled by TikTok Shop if they do not meet the timelines below:
  1. The order is not ready for shipment by 23:59H, 2 working days from when the order was placed (i.e. the order status is not set to "To Ship - Awaiting Collection").
OR
  1. The order is ready for shipment but has not been collected by the logistics provider by 23:59H, 3 working days from the date the order was placed.
Note: If orders do not meet these timelines, your Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate may be affected.A "working day" refers to any day from Monday to Saturday. Sunday and Public Holidays are considered non-working days.
