What is the Star Shop+ Programme?

The Star Shop+ Program is an enhanced tier of the existing Star Shop Programme, designed to reward top-performing Star Shop sellers with additional exclusive benefits. These include special advertising coupons and free premium access (available soon) to the Order Capacity Management Tools in addition to all the standard Star Shop benefits.
To help sellers experience the advantages of Star Shop+, a free trial will be available at launch until further announcement.

• Special advertising coupons with 50% discount up to 150 Million VND to support your shop promotion efforts
• [Available soon] Free Premium Access to the Order Capacity Management Tool, allowing sellers to increase their daily order limit by up to 5 times and extend fulfillment deadlines by up to 2 business days through the Order Capacity Management Tool, providing greater flexibility in managing order surges

The original Star Shop Program will continue to be available to all sellers, offering core benefits that recognize and support sellers who consistently perform well on TikTok Shop.

How can I become a Star Shop+ Seller?

To qualify for Star Shop+, sellers must:

• Be a Star Shop seller for the past 3 consecutive months
• Achieve Store rating subscores (Product Satisfaction, Fulfilment and Logistic, and Customer Service) of min. 3.5
• Participate in the Voucher Extra Program (VXP) (Mandatory)

When will I be assessed for Star Shop+ status?

To be eligible for Star Shop+ in the following month, you will need to meet the above eligibility criteria. If qualified, in the following month, you will automatically receive an invitation email to join the program.
Star Shop+ Assessment and Effective Period:If your shop qualifies for Star Shop+ for the first time, a Star Shop+ pop-up notification will appear on your Seller Center → Star Shop page to confirm your upgraded status.

How can I assess the exclusive benefits and features?

What do I need to do to join the Star Shop+ programme?

You do not need to sign up or register for the programme. TikTok Shop will assess Star Shop sellers performance monthly for eligibility.

What happens if I fail to meet the Star Shop+ criteria this month?

The Star Shop+ programme rewards consistent performance of outstanding Star Shop sellers. If you fail to meet the criteria, you will lose your Star Shop+ status in the following month. If your performance improves to meet the criteria, you will be reassessed and re-onboard to the program

What happens if I maintain Star Shop status in January and February but fail in March?

If you fail to maintain Star Shop status in March, you will not qualify for Star Shop+ status in April. The 3-month consecutive qualification period will restart based on your April assessment.

Why can't I see any data on the Star Shop/Star Shop+ page?

You may be a TikTok Shop Mall seller. Since each seller can only have one badge, you will not see any information on the Star Shop/ Star Shop+ page in Seller Center if you are a TikTok Shop Mall seller.
