Mall Mission Completion Guide

Step 1:
Accept the mission- Mall application entrance: Seller Center --> Growth --> Mall

Step 2: Check if you are eligible for Mall and register Mall
- By clicking Growth --> Mall --> View more, you will see information about your ineligibility status and the reasons behind it
- There are 3 steps to be eligible for Mall:
- 1.Meet all criteria
- 2.Get brand verification
- 3.Assign products to brand
- You can see some details and take action to fulfill every step
- You can click 'Join Now' button after fulfilling all steps, and then you will become a Mall seller
Step 3: Check the mission progress and receive the reward
- Go to Seller Center > Growth > Missions & rewards
- Navigate the mission in the Mission tab to check the mission progress


- To claim the reward after completion, go to Seller Center > Growth > Missions & rewards > My rewards


Brand Tonality Threshold
Merchants only need to meet one of the following criteria: Offline Presence in Prime Location, Social Media Influence, or Has Brand Website.| Offline Presense in prime location criteria | Social Media Influence | Has Brand Website | ||
| 1. Within 200 meters of the store, there are chain brands such as McDonald's, Jolibee, or Starbucks.2. | Sellers must pass 1 out of the criteria below:1. Available in at least one well-known chain supermarkets / shopping malls / retail stores (Vincom, Emart, Winmart, Guardians, Watsons, 7-eleven, electronic store chains, etc. ); or2. Located near the well-known chain stores / international brands (Muji, H&M, Zara, McDonald's, Starbucks, etc); or3.The brand has at least one offline store, one of which must be in Hanoi or HCMC or Danang | 1. + Lease contract between the brand and the shopping mall. Must contain: 1. Brand/Company Name 2. Shopping mall company name3. Signature of both parties+ Contract for supply of goods to supermarket / retail store chain. Must contain the 1.
