Erosska - A Hot Fashion Brand of Shoes and Sandals Along with The Entrepreneurial Journey of Enterprising Men!
👠👡Erosska is a fashion brand that focuses on footwear for women, founded by Mr. Nguyen Hung Tuan and his partners. Starting their store with some hesitation, Mr. Tuan and his partners gradually discovered and utilized their strengths effectively, leading to Erosska doubling its sales continuously in 2 months and achieving a record of over 5,000 orders per day.
Initially a Tourism and Hotel Management student with a strong passion for business, Mr. Tuan started his entrepreneurial journey in his third year of university with a capital of 2 million VND. Explaining the reason behind choosing the current brand, Mr. Tuan shared that before establishing Erosska, he had previously operated a brand with a focus on sports shoes and achieved impressive results. However, these products depended on the supply chain in China, which often faced disruptions and instability during peak times. To have a more sustainable direction and build a competitive advantage, Mr. Tuan and his partners aimed to create a purely Vietnamese brand leveraging the country's inherent strength in leather footwear, leading to the establishment of Erosska.

Starting from scratch, Erosska has achieved certain milestones after a period of business development. The Erosska team is now actively producing goods with a manufacturing workshop and a warehouse covering over 500 square meters, along with a working office with a total area of 200 square meters. Currently, Erosska consistently ranks among the top 3 best-selling brands on e-commerce platforms and during sales campaigns.

Erosska joined TikTok Shop from the early days of the platform's launch over a year ago. However, in the initial phase of selling on the platform, the Erosska team approached with some caution as they were still figuring out how to leverage the strengths of their products with many development directions for TikTok Shop. After more than 7 months of exploration and trying various methods suitable for their strengths, Erosska has achieved remarkable growth in the past 3 months. Explaining the choice of TikTok Shop to continue brand development, Mr. Tuan mentioned that the Erosska team sees this as the future trend in sales channels, maximizing customer touchpoints by combining not only Sellers but also Content Creators and customers in the shopping journey. Moreover, selling through entertainment and video platforms, especially live streaming, is considered the future trend, and currently, no platform does this better than TikTok Shop.After testing various sales strategies to align with their strengths, Erosska has recently achieved many impressive growth milestones on TikTok Shop, reaching figures with two or three digits. Erosska's products reach over 1 million interested viewers monthly, resulting in thousands of purchases. Some remarkable achievements of Erosska on TikTok Shop include:
- Doubling sales continuously in 2 months since fully focusing on TikTok Shop. Particularly, sales quadrupled from August 2023 to October 2023.
- Conducting over 150 live sessions from August 2023 to the present.
- Achieving a record of over 5,000 orders per day.
