Platform campaign is organized by the TikTok Shop platform, which allows sellers to choose and participate.
During the campaign, the product will receive traffic support from the platform and a discount from the sellers, thereby attracting more customers to buy the product!
Sellers can follow many programs organized by TikTok Shop and apply for products to participate in. Please note preparing inventory to ensure full delivery.

How can seller participate

  • Enter the Seller Center, go to Marketing >>> Promotion >>> Campaign
  • In this feature, the seller would click the View details button

To participate in any campaign, sellers click the Join Now button

At the Campaign Details interface, sellers will see specific information about the campaign:
  • Campaign start & end time
  • Voucher type, cost level that Sellers and Platform invest in the campaign
  • Validity & scope of use ...
After consulting and agreeing to the campaign rules. The seller clicks on the Registration Product in the upper right corner to select the products to participate in the campaign

When registering products, sellers have 02 options to choose:
  • Directly pick from product list, OR
Registering via excel file if sellers want to do bulk registeration** Important note: at this stage, sellers need to pay attention and carefully when input campaign price and stock to avoid any mistakes which possibly lead to sellers 's damage.Lastly, check the price and stock before clicking the "Submit & Next"

When finishing product registration, the system will kick start the approval process.Product status is: Under reviewSellers are able to:
  • Edit: stock only
More: to remove product from registered list
Campaign Price Priority: Once approved, the campaign price will be applied for the entire campaign period. Other sales promotions such as Flash Deal and product discounts will be suspended.
