Bulky Logistic Service

The definition for standard bulky service is: either the actual weight is above 20kg, or the length is above 100cm.
The size limitation for standard bulky service is: actual weight should be within 200kg, and any side should be within 320cm.

Please note that GHN Bulky orders may be assigned to Ahamove for shipping on some intra-HCM/HN routes. Therefore, if your parcels are assigned to GHN, ensure you prepare them for handover to either GHN or Ahamove couriers. You can identify which courier will pick up your parcels by checking the shipping label for the mark "AHM-Bulky" of Ahamove or "GHN-Bulky" of GHN.

How can sellers know that their shop is equipped to provide services for Standard Bulky service?

Sellers are able to check through the [seller center-->shipping-->shipping option] page.

Sellers can unsubscribe in the [seller center-->shipping-->shipping option] page.

To find out the shipping fees charged to sellers for Standard Bulky logistics service, please refer to the logistics rate card.
The settlement process and logic will be the same as standard shipping.

For seller's product, if some need Bulky while some don't need Bulky service, then please follow the process below to set different SKUs separately
In the process of editing or creating the product, for delivery option:
- If you select [Default], the product will be consistent with the shop's delivery options.
- If you select [Custom], the product's delivery option will be based on your selection for it. And if the seller removes one of the selected delivery options for the whole shop, it will be removed from this customed product, too.
- If there is no available delivery option for the "Custom", the product's delivery option will be changed to [default].
