Understand how Warehouse Operating Hours impact your shop

This feature allows you to set your working hours. Please ensure the hours you set reflect your actual business operations. Once the setup is completed, instant service will automatically hidden from buyers at certain periods.
⚠️ Important:
Your Working Hours vs Service Availability
  • Changes will only take effect starting the next day. For example, if you set Saturday as a day off on Saturday, it will only apply from the following Saturday onwards.
  • The system will automatically hide these services from buyers during the exact hours, NOT for the entire outside working hours. This ensures you can consistently meet dispatch SLAs without losing orders during open hours.

How to setup warehouse operating hours?

  1. You can set operating hours via the following menu

  1. On the "Warehouse operating hours" page, you will see 2 sections; "Workdays" and "Holiday".
Important Note: By default, the system assumes your shop operates on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. You will need to manually adjust these settings if you wish to set your warehouse as closed on these days.
  1. For "Workdays", follow below steps

    1. From Monday to Friday, you cannot set it as closed. Please review "End time" and set it according to your operation time.
    It's required to have operation hours at least from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The selection for End time will be allowed only from 6 PM to 9 PM.    		image
    1. From Saturday to Sunday, you can toggle off to set it as closed. The services will be 🛑 Fully Unavailable according to the period above.

    1. From Saturday to Sunday, if it's a working day, you can set up "End time" based on your actual warehouse operations time. The services will be 🟠 Partially Unavailable according to the period above.
    The selection for End time will be allowed only from 11 AM to 9 PM.    		image

    1. If you have a multi-warehouse, please set up all working days and hours for all of your warehouse.
    🚚 Tips: you can go to the bottom and select "Set setting to all other warehouses" to apply the same setting to all of your warehouses.    		image
    1. For "Holiday", follow below steps

      1. Scroll down after the Workday section, you will see "Holiday".
      Important: Holidays are automatically displayed based on official platform announcements and will show from today's date until the end of year. In October,the system will start display next year's holiday.      		image

      FAQ

      • Question: what will happen if I set the warehouse operating hours to 'Closed'?
      The system will automatically hide Instant service options from buyers during the unavailable periods. Please check under section "Understand how Warehouse Operating Hours impact your shop" above for more details.
      Your products will not be available for checkout during the unavailable period (when services are hidden). We recommend enabling additional delivery options (e.g., Standard) to ensure buyers can still place orders outside your Instant working hours.
      • Question: What if I only have Instant service as my delivery option?
      • Question: Why do I see "Permission required" when updating warehouse hours?
      Only the "Owner account" has permission to update warehouse operating hours. This restriction is in place because warehouse working hours directly impact order fulfillment and delivery SLAs. To avoid operational risks, the system only allows the Owner (or accounts with full admin rights) to make changes.
