  • Exaggerating promotional prices or making unsupported price comparisons is not allowed. All price claims, including promotional prices, must be accurate.
  • Making false claims about the origins of a product.
  • Making false claims about product warranties.
  • Making false claims about return or refund services for the product.
  • Making false claims about the size, weight, or quantity of the product being sold.
  • Making false claims about shipping, such as promising free shipping when it is not available.
  • Making claims that disparage other brands.

What happens if I breach these guidelines?
