Introduction to Seller Fees

From 00:00 on 2nd March, 2026, Vietnam time (GMT+7), TikTok Shop will adjust the fixed commission fees for certain product categories.

From 00:00 on 1st April, 2026, Vietnam time (GMT+7), the fee calculation logic will be adjusted:

Platform fixed fees: Platform commission fee and Transaction fee will be applied to all orders that are successfully delivered (listed under “Delivered”), as well as orders with returns and refunds.
Optional program: Voucher extra fee will be applied to all orders that are successfully delivered (listed under “Delivered”), as well as orders with returns and refunds.

Overview

Type of Seller Fee	Description
Platform Commission Fee	An amount charged for each successful order, based on rates that differ for each product sub-category. The Platform Commission Fee rate is different for Mall sellers and Marketplace sellers.
Transaction Fee	An amount charged for processing successful orders
Shipping Fee	An amount paid to the logistics provider for successful order delivery. Shipping fee is only incurred to sellers if the actual package measurements exceed the information sellers has provided in product listing.
Order Processing Fee	An amount that the platform charges for order-based service maintenance and enhancement on the platform

Platform Commission Fee

After an order is successfully delivered to buyers, the platform will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This is the Platform Commission Fee, and is charged based on rates that differ for each product sub-category.

The Platform Commission Fee rate is different for Marketplace Sellers and Mall Sellers.

Transaction Fee

After an order is successfully delivered to buyers, TikTok Shop will automatically deduct a fee from the final order/payout settlement. This is the Transaction Fee, and is charged to all sellers for processing successful orders in TikTok Shop.

The Transaction Fee rate is 5.00%.*

Order Processing Fee

The Order Processing Fee is an amount that the platform charges all sellers in Vietnam for the processing of the order on the platform. The Order Processing Fee is in place to strategically enhance long-term development and services. This is evident in continuous logistics optimization, AI assistant feature, and more. These improvements lay the foundation for sustainable growth and strengthen the value delivered to TikTok Shop consumers and sellers.

The fee is charged starting from 00:00, 27th October 2025, Vietnam time (GMT+7).

The Order Processing Fee is fixed at VND 3000 (tax inclusive) per successfully delivered order, regardless of how many items are placed under the order.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee* is the fee paid to the platform logistic service providers for order delivery.

TikTok Shop's works with logistics service providers to deliver the order to the customer and fulfill the order are considered a fulfillment service provided to the sellers. Hence, seller shipping fee is treated as a fee upon the completion of the fulfillment service.

Other Fees and Adjustments

Below are all other types of fees and adjustments that sellers may see on TikTok Shop.

Actual shipping fee	The actual shipping fee calculated based on the weight/dimensions measured by the carrier
Platform shipping fee discount	The shipping fee discount provided by TikTok Shop in accordance with a campaign policy
Customer shipping fee	The shipping fee borne by the customer based on the product weight uploaded by the seller
Refund customer shipping fee	The shipping fee return to the customer
Seller shipping fee	The shipping fee borne by the seller
Actual return shipping fee	If the seller is responsible for the return, the return shipping fee will be charged
Shipping fee subsidy	A positive amount represents a shipping fee subsidy the seller received and a negative amount represents a shipping fee subsidy the seller needs to return
Affiliate commission	The amount the sellers paid to creators via the Affiliate Program
Affiliate partner commission	The amount users paid via affiliate partner's links multiplied by the affiliate partner commission rate (This is the amount users actually paid exclusive of the discounts of any TikTok Shop coupons or seller coupons.)
SFP service fee	The service fee charged by the platform in consideration of the seller's participation in the [Shipping fee program] and its benefits
Shipping fee adjustment	Adjustment when there are differences with or mistakes in the shipping fee paid by the seller
Shipping fee compensation	Compensation to sellers due to differences between the actual shipping fee and the pre-paid shipping fee
Chargeback	The charge that is returned to a payment card after a customer successfully disputes an item on their account statement or transactions report
Customer service compensation	Compensation paid by customer services to customer after the after-sales period is completed or extra compensation is paid
Promotion adjustment	Adjustment when there are differences in the marketing activities paid by the seller
Platform compensation	Compensation to seller as a result of seller's success in appealing customer dispute.
Platform penalty	After identifying a violation of platform policies, platform deducts the corresponding penalty amount from the seller's account. Please see the notification sent to the seller's email address.
Sample shipping fee	Fees charged for sending samples using platform logistics provider
Logistics reimbursement	Reimbursement paid by the platform for losses or damages due to logistics-related issues
Satisfaction fund	Subsidy paid by the platform for bad satisfaction of the platform.
Deductions incurred by seller	Cost borne by the seller because the seller is responsible for customer's dissatisfaction
Shipping fee rebate	The shipping fee rebate given to the seller due to participation in a platform campaign
Warehouse service fee	Fees charged for providing warehouse services, such as bagging deliveries, bagging delivery materials, adhering barcodes, inspecting new products, etc.
Platform commission adjustment	Adjustment when there are differences in the platform commission paid by the seller
Platform commission compensation	Compensation to the seller when there are differences in the platform commission paid by the seller
Top up for ads from settled balances	Settled balances of the shops will be used to pay for ads, when sellers enable "auto pay ads with shop GMV"
Seller co-funded voucher discount	Seller's portion of Co-Funded Voucher discount amount (funded by the seller) during seller's participation in Co-Funding Campaigns
Refund of seller co-funded voucher discount	The discount amount refunded to the seller which is derived from seller's portion of Co-Funded Voucher (funded by the seller) during seller's participation in Co-Funding Campaigns.
Platform discounts	Platform discounts is the total amount of discounts funded by the platform. This amount is derived from: i) Discounts funded by platform through Platform's Direct Subsidy, Platform Flash Deal, Platform Buy More Save More and Platform Voucher. ii) Platform's portion of Co-Funded Voucher discount amount (funded by the platform) during Co-Funding Campaigns.
Refund of platform discounts	The discount amount refunded to the platform. This refunded amount is derived from: i) Discounts funded by platform through Platform's Direct Subsidy, Platform Flash Deal, Platform Buy More Save More and Platform Voucher. ii) Platform's portion of Co-Funded Voucher discount amount (funded by the platform) during Co-Funding Campaigns.
Platform co-funded voucher discounts	Platform's portion of Co-Funded Voucher discount amount (funded by the platform) during Co-Funding Campaigns
