1. Order Fulfillment Timeline for Pre-orders

The order fulfillment countdown starts once the “Arrange Shipment” button is clicked. Please ensure that you only click “Arrange Shipment” when the order is fully prepared and ready to be handed over to the logistics service provider.

2. Orders must be packed at the time of clicking “Arrange Shipment” and before the logistics provider arrives for pickup:

4. Click “Arrange Shipment” and attach the shipping label.
5. Ensure the order is fully ready before the logistics provider arrives for pickup.
6. Clicking “Arrange Shipment” indicates that the seller has notified the logistics provider that the orders are ready for dispatch.

Guidelines for Sellers When Packing Pre-order Items:
