Adjustment Period for New Shops

New shops are subject to a adjustment period during which some functions are restricted. These restrictions are intended to help new sellers create higher quality listings and give them more time to engage with their customers.

This includes:
- The number of orders the shop can accept daily (Order Volume Limits)
- The number of product listings the shop can upload daily
- The number of active online listings the shop can have (1,000 active listings)
- The number of creator accounts that can be affiliated with the shop
- Shops under individual accounts may be affiliated with 1 official account or 1 marketing account.
- Shops under corporate accounts may be affiliated with 1 official account and 1 marketing account.
When will the restrictions on my new shop be lifted?
The restrictions mentioned above will be lifted when your shop meets the following criteria:

Where can I check my new shop's daily order volume and product listing limits?
You can check your daily order volume and listing limits in the "Shop adjustment" box in the Seller Center.- Click on "Learn More" to see an introduction page about the New Shop Adjustment Period.
- You will see a notification in the Seller Center when your daily order limit is reached. Products will be listed as "sold out" to customers until the next day.
- Once the daily listing limit is reached, additional uploaded products will not be published until the next day.
