Data Overview

What is Business Accelerator?

Business Accelerator provides shop diagnosis results from multiple dimensions, and offers customized and actionable suggestions to improve your shop's performance. It features an ACE framework, where you can understand your shop's performance ranking based on Assortment, Content and Empowerment, allowing you to compare where you stand against other sellers in the same category.
By utilising the Business Accelerator & ACE framework together, you can identify insights and prioritise the action items needed to achieve business growth!

Entrance:

From Seller Center's Data Compass tab, the Business Accelerator module can be found on the right hand side. Here you can also view various diagnostic results and suggestions for your shop. Click onto Explore more to land on the main Business Accelerator page.

How to Use Business Accelerator:

First, check your ACE performance ranking based on the last 7 days to see how you fare against other sellers within your category.
The ACE performance ranking range is as follows:
  • Bottom 0-50% = You are within the bottom 50% of sellers within your category
    • A smaller rank number here indicates an overall poorer performance. For example, if the rank shown is Bottom 5% out of a pool of 100 sellers, this indicates your store is amongst the 5 lowest sellers out of 100 sellers.
  • Top 50-100% = You are within the top 50% of sellers within your category
    • A smaller rank number here indicates an overall higher performance. For example, if the rank shown is Top 5% out of a pool of 100 sellers, this indicates your store is amongst the top 96-100 sellers out of 100 sellers.

Assortment

This shows your overall ranking based on your shop's aggregated GMV performances of Product, Search, Recommendation, and Shop Page.image
1) Date picker: You can customise your data selection period up to the last 90 days.
2) Assortment: View your overall ranking for Assortment and get a breakdown view of:
  • Product card GMV
  • Search GMV
  • Recommendation GMV
  • Shop page GMV
Tip: Check the metric's individual performance ranking and identify which metric has the lowest ranking to know where you can optimise next!

Content

This shows your overall ranking based on your shop's aggregated GMV performances of Live, Video, and Affiliate.image
1) Date picker: You can customise your data selection period up to the last 90 days.
2) Content: View your overall ranking for Content and get a breakdown view of:
  • Linked accounts LIVE GMV
  • Linked accounts video GMV
  • Top Affiliates LIVE GMV
  • Top Affiliates video GMV
  • Other Affiliates LIVE GMV
  • Other Affiliates video GMV

Empowerment

This shows your overall ranking based on your shop's aggregated GMV performances of Campaign GMV, Campaign Buyers, and Ads Gross Revenue (GMV).

  • Buyers
  • Campaign GMV
  • Ads gross revenue
Tip: Upon hovering over each metric card across all ACE tabs, you'll be able to see "Details". Click on "Details" to land onto the respective module's page, and analyse more performance insights there!image

Review Growth Areas and Explore Optimization Opportunities

Once you have understood your ACE rankings and identified metrics that have room for improvement, check out the various Growth Areas that you can select in the respective A-C-E tabs.

The opportunities and suggestions in each Growth Area are refreshed everyday to provide you with the latest recommended actions you can take to optimise your store.
Potential sales lift:
Business accelerator helps to estimate the potential sales lift that each optimizing action might contribute to your shop. This is calculated based on the sales performance of other similar shops during the past 30 days. Review the suggested action with the highest potential sales lift to take the next steps!
