Growth Mission is a program exclusively designed for TikTok Shop Sellers.

By successfully completing tasks, sellers will gain a solid understanding of essential store operations while simultaneously enhancing their business efficiency.
With each task conquered, sellers have the opportunity to receive discount voucher codes and promote coupon codes.

How to participate in tasks on the computer and the Seller App:

Method 1: On the Home Page of the Seller Center (link) Click on the Growth Mission banner.

Method 3: Go directly to the Mission section: Access the Seller Center (link) Go to Growth > My Missions (Link)	Regular missions: Missions for New Sellers: Help new sellers navigate their business journey by conquering each stage.

How to claim rewards:

There are 3 types of rewards:

Improve conversion - Discount vouchers:
- TikTok Shop discount vouchers reduce platform expenses for your customers.
- Within the specified period, customers can receive and use discount vouchers.
Increase traffic - Promote Coupons:
- Promote coupons provided by TikTok Shop to help your video and livestream advertising.
- To enjoy discounts for TikTok's advertising tools.
- Learn more about TikTok Promote Coupons here.
Increase conversion - Shipping fee vouchers:

Discounts on shipping fees for your customers.
Customers can receive vouchers from videos, LIVE sessions, or the Shopping Center page and display them in the description section.

"Why doesn't my account have any missions?"	Missions are a program designed to support Sellers in achieving better growth, especially for new, small, and medium-sized Sellers. Therefore, not every Seller receives missions from TikTok Shop. However, Sellers can submit their information through the Help Center for the TikTok Shop team to check.
Why did I complete a mission but didn't receive a reward?	To have the completion of a mission recognized, Sellers need to ensure that they have clicked the 'Go' or 'Accept' button in the task they have undertaken. After clicking 'Go' or 'Accept,' Sellers need to make sure they have completed the mission as per the requirements. Then, on their next login to the Seller Center, Sellers will receive a detailed reward notification Sellers should note that rewards will be automatically transferred to their store. Discount Vouchers: will be automatically transferred to the store through the Video/ Livestream/ Seller Center channel. Promote Coupons: will be automatically transferred to the official account in the 'Your offers' section when Sellers run ads on the TikTok App.
I can perform livestream and video missions using which account?	Sellers can perform missions using all accounts linked to their store, including the official and marketing accounts. However, rewards will be automatically sent to the TikTok account linked to the official account.
