What is the Star Shop Programme?

Star Shop is a programme meant to highlight and empower sellers who have performed exceptionally on TikTok Shop. Eligible sellers will receive a badge on their shop which will set them apart from others, allowing customers to easily identify top-performing shops!
Note: If you are a TikTok Shop Mall seller, you will not be able to receive a Star Shop badge as well as you will have a Mall badge instead.

Where can customers find my Star Shop Badge?

Sellers who become a part of Star Shop Seller will receive a distinguished badge that represents our top marketplace sellers, enhancing their visibility to customers. Customers will be able to see the Star Shop badge throughout the platform, as seen in the screenshots below.

How can I obtain the Star Shop Badge?

On the first date of each month, you will automatically receive the Star Shop badge when you meet the following criteria over a period of 1 month.
Your Star Shop badge will remain for 1 month, and you will be reassessed for eligibility in the following month.
*Note: These orders exclude orders that have been cancelled, returned, or refunded.
You can actively assess your eligibility for the Star Shop Programme by navigating to the dedicated Star Shop module within the Seller Center (Seller Center > Growth Center > Star Shop). This intuitive interface outlines the specific criteria that need to be fulfilled and displays the eligibility status for each month throughout the programme.

When will I be assessed for my badge?

To be eligible for the Star Shop badge on the following month, you will need to meet the eligibility criteria from the 26th of the previous month, to the 25th of the current month.

What do I need to do to join the Star Shop programme?

• You do not need to sign up or register for the programme. TikTok Shop will assess seller performance monthly for eligibility.

I currently have a Star Shop badge. What happens if I fail to meet the Star Shop Programme criteria this month?

• The Star Shop programme rewards consistent performance. If you fail to meet the criteria, you will lose your Star Shop badge in the following month. If your performance improves, you will gain your Star Shop badge again in the next month.

Why did I lose my Star Shop badge despite hitting the qualification criteria？

• You may be qualifying for the Star Shop badge in the next month, but you may not have met the criteria over the previous month. When reviewing your performance on the Star Shop page, do pay attention to the assessment period.

Why can't I see any data on the Star Shop page?

• You may be a TikTok Shop Mall seller. Since each seller can only have one badge, you will not see any information on the Star Shop page in Seller Center if you are a TikTok Shop Mall seller.
