TikTok Shop supports the following three types of seller accounts:

Prepare the Required Documents
  • A valid Citizen ID (CCCD)
A bank account with the same name as shown on the Citizen ID
  • A valid Household Business Registration Certificate
  • A bank account with the same account holder name as shown on the Household Business Registration Certificate
  • A valid Business Registration Certificate
  • A bank account with the same name as shown on the Business Registration Certificate
  • The bank account must be a business account
Registration Steps
  1. Go to: https://seller.tiktok.com/
  2. Select Vietnam as your country
  3. Log in using a personal TikTok account or a business representative’s account
  4. Continue to https://seller-vn.tiktok.com/settle/verification?shop_region=VN to upload verification documents
  1. Select Individual account type and fill in all required fields

  1. Verify the shop owner’s identity by uploading a photo of your Citizen ID (CCCD) and accurately filling in all requested information

  1. Select Household Business account type

  1. Upload a scanned copy of your Household Business Registration Certificate (PDF format recommended)
  2. Fill in all required fields exactly as shown on the certificate

IV. Common Issues (and How to Avoid)

Sellers should pay attention to the following:
  • Documents rejected: Blurry images, cropped corners, or glare → use a clear, high-resolution scan instead.
  • Incorrect information entered:
    • For Individual accounts: Enter the exact Citizen ID number and full permanent address as shown on the CCCD.
    • For Household Business accounts: In the field “Household Business Number,” enter the Business Registration Number (Line 2 on the certificate), not the code at the top.
    • For Business accounts: Enter the exact registration number as shown on the Business Registration Certificate.
  • Exceeded registration attempts: The Citizen ID has previously been used to register a TikTok Shop that was locked → please contact TikTok Shop Customer Support for assistance.
  • Unclear reason for rejection: We recommend reviewing each field carefully and resubmitting clearer documentation if needed.
