Making Comparisons in Product Listings

Manage ProductsListing Restrictions

What constitutes a "comparison"?

A "comparison" is any statement that compares your product with the same product or another product, whether it is sold on TikTok Shop or another site. We do not allow such statements at all on TikTok Shop.

What are some examples of "comparison" claims?

  • A claim that a product is cheaper on TikTok Shop than on another website
  • A claim that a product is qualitatively better than a similar product
