The following types of products may not be sold on TikTok Shop. Prohibited products are products whose sale is banned by Vietnam law. Unsupported products are products that cannot be sold on our platform. Although you may have the necessary qualifications to sell these products in Vietnam, we do not support their sale on our platform.

Illegal Products (Prohibited)

  • Products or services that offer the sale or purchase of virtual currencies. This includes, but is not limited to Bitcoin and Litecoin.

Discriminatory or Offensive Products (Prohibited)

Government and Military Items (Prohibited)

Firearms, Ammunition and Weapons (Prohibited)

Note: To help Sellers operate in compliance with regulations and avoid unnecessary risks, please only list knives that have complete labeling and branding visibly displayed directly on the product.
  • This category includes items designed to cause harm to individuals or may have the potential to be modified as weapons, as well as any related tutorials or books with instructions for making firearms, ammunition, or weapons are also prohibited.
  • Replicas and toy guns that may cause pain (such as BB guns) are also prohibited.
  • Sharp objects that are intended for domestic use are excluded from this list. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Weapons
    • Military weaponry, explosive weapons and grenades

    • Batons and telescopic truncheons

    • Pepper spray and mace
    • Brass knuckles, knuckledusters, dan claws, foot claws, and nunchucks

Hazardous and Dangerous Items (Prohibited)

Products that Facilitate Illegal Activity or Dishonest Behaviour (Prohibited)

    • Falsified documents, certificates, official seals, or anti-counterfeiting labels such as identification cards, passports, immigration papers, driving licenses, degrees, certificates and business licenses
    • Instruments that can be used for reimbursement and services that act as agents for customs declarations, checklists, and commodity inspections

What happens if I breach these guidelines?

If you are found to violate these guidelines, you may have enforcement actions taken against your account. You should note that repeated offenses will result in more significant penalties.
