How can I access Shipping Fee Discounts

To access shipping fee discounts, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Completed the New Shop Probation
  • Have a positive account balance (account balance above $0)
Sellers can create shipping discounts through Seller Center > Promotions > Promotional tools > Shipping Fee Discount.

How can I fix my account balance?Fulfilling orders may help maintain a positive account balance.
Will a negative account balance affect my current shipping discounts? No, your account balance will not impact active discounts, but you will be unable to publish new promotions.
Is there a way for me to qualify for the Shipping Fee Discount promotion tool without serving the New Shop Probation Period?
No, currently the probation period is a fixed requirement.
