When will I be considered an Inactive Seller?

Sellers that do not interact with their TikTok Shop account for 30 calendar days are considered inactive sellers. Examples of interacting with TikTok Shop account include (but not limited to):
  • Modifying product information.
  • Processing orders (i.e. changing order statuses).
  • Logging in to the Seller Center.
  • Responding to customer service queries.

What will happen if my account is assessed to be inactive?

Your product listings will be automatically deactivated and no longer visible on our platform.
  • You will see your product's status as "deactivated".
  • Your products will not be visible or accessible by customers or creators.
We will notify you via email on the 7th, 15th day, and 25th day since your last login to help you prevent deactivated product listings. You will receive an email notification if the products have been deactivated.

How can I reactivate my account?

Log in to your Seller Center account here to reactivate your account and products.

What can I do if I am away for an extended period of time?

Setting your shop to 'Holiday Mode' temporarily closes your shop. Shops in this mode will not be considered inactive. For more information, please click here.
