Your seller journey with TikTok Shop begins with account registration. You can register as either a corporate seller or an individual seller.

Corporate Sellers

• You will need to apply to be a corporate seller if you represent an incorporated company or business.
• One verified business entity can only register up to five (5) seller accounts on TikTok Shop.
• Please ensure the name you use to register with TikTok Shop is the same person identified as the company representative in any business license(s) or certificate(s) where applicable.
• Please ensure the business scope and operating validity period you select during TikTok Shop registration match the information contained in any business license(s) or certificate(s) where applicable.

Individual Sellers

• If you are not representing a business or incorporated company, you will need to apply as an individual seller.
• Individual sellers must be Vietnamese citizens holding government-issued identification documents.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

What would render me ineligible to register as a seller?

• If you or any of your businesses are currently under investigation or subject to enforcement actions by trade or consumer protection authorities, you will not be eligible to register as a seller until the investigation concludes or the enforcement actions expire.
• This includes investigations or actions related to multi-level marketing, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or similar issues.
