Why were my submitted documents rejected?

Your documents may not have been submitted in accordance with our guidelines. Please pay close attention to the following when you receive these rejection reasons:

• Inaccurate Documentation
• Unclear Documentation
• Damaged Documentation

Underage Applicant

⚠️Your submitted documents may not qualify as valid documents.

Identification Documents

⚠️Your submitted documents may not meet our image guidelines.

Photos/scans must be clear and of original documentation.

• Provide the original version of the image without any filters, edits, crop, flared
• Ensure photos are well-lit and taken against a single-coloured background
• All edges/corners of each document must be included in the picture
• All information must be readable
• Ensure that no part of the document is covered
• No blurry blocks or mosaic should appear on the doc

Your address must be an exact match of the address in your submitted ID.
❗ Please take note to abbreviate or fully spell out terms with reference to your ID. For example, if your ID says "Quận Tân Bình", do not abbreviate it to "Q. Tân Bình"".

⚠️Your information does not meet requirement to onboard

To apply to be an Individual Seller, you must meet the following requirements

• Seller must be Vietnamese citizen
• Sellers must be at least 18 years old (calculated to the birthday date).
