What are the order fulfillment timelines for Standard Orders?

When handing over packages to Logistics Service Provider (LSP), the order fulfillment timelines differ by the shipping methods: Shipped by TikTok and Shipped by Seller.

Shipped by TikTok	If you opt to use the pick-up service: Complete all packing, schedule a pick up, and hand over the package to the LSP within the SLA period. For a higher likelihood for same day pick-up, you should change the order status to "To Ship - Awaiting Collection" by 14:00H (2pm). If you opt to use the drop-off service: Complete all packing and select the nearest drop off point in Seller Centre. Then, update the status to "To Ship - Awaiting Collection". Drop off the package at the selected drop off point within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) period. After package dispatch, the LSP will update the order status to "Shipped" in the system.	Effective from 26 August 2024 For orders placed before 14:00H (2pm) on a Working Day All orders must be handed to the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) within the logistics provider’s working hours by 23:59H, within the same working day from when the order was placed For orders placed after 14:00H (2pm) or on a Non-Working Day All orders must be handed to the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) within the logistics provider’s working hours by 23:59H, 1 working day from when the order was placed Note: If your orders do not meet these timelines, your Late Dispatch Rate may be affected.	Effective from 26 August 2024 The order status is not set to "To Ship - Awaiting Collection" by 23:59H, 2 working days from when the order was placed. OR The order is ready for shipment (i.e set to "To Ship - Awaiting Collection") but has not been collected by the LSP by 23:59H, 3 working days from when the order was placed. Note: If your orders do not meet these timelines, they will be automatically cancelled by the platform and your Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate may be affected.
Shipped by Seller (Only available for selected sellers)	Complete all packing and contact the LSP to collect the package. After the LSP has collected the package, you must: Update the order status as "Shipped" Enter the valid shipment tracking ID Enter the LSP's name	All orders must be "Delivered" within 15 calendar days from order placement.	Order is still not "Delivered" 15 calendar days after order has been placed (after which, order will be auto-cancelled and refunded to buyer)
