💰 What is the Campaign PLUS package?

Campaign PLUS package is an effective marketing solution that helps Sellers bring brands and products closer to users, increasing traffic, interaction rates, and conversions for customers on TikTok Shop. Sellers interested in the program can register to participate in the Campaign PLUS Package at the Seller Center.

Improved registration experience
  • Allows sellers to easily browse and register.
Increase visibility
  • Displays sellers' products in prominent places, such as Header Banner, Recommended for you page and Shopping Cart page

  1. In addition to the payment for the CAMPAIGN PLUS PACKAGE, Sellers need to allocate an additional budget for the co-sponsorship part of the CFV program.
  2. Sellers that have been approved to participate in Campaign Plus Program (CPP) will receive Key LIVE benefits. However, TikTok Shop will determine the KLS ranking for sellers in the PLUS 1, and PLUS 2 groups based on past performance (1 seller / 1 KLS slot).

How to join the Package

A. View available Campaign PLUS Packages

To sign up for a campaign at Seller Center page, visit the Campaigns tab. Click Sign up for a campaign and take a look at the available packages under Marketing Benefits Packages.
Click the Buy Package button to go to the main page and view package details.

B. Home Page Campaign PLUS Package

This page presents a list of upcoming and ongoing campaigns that are within the scope of the Campaign PLUS Package. Details such as:
Click “View package” for more information about resource plans for each campaign and their benefits.
  1. Campaign name
  2. Date of the campaign
  3. Time to buy
  4. The commission fee for each order will be displayed

C. View Campaign PLUS Packages for each campaign

The Campaign Packages page provides an overview of all the packages that sellers can register as well as important details such as:

Sellers can compare different resource packages.

  • Switch between different plans to see details

D. Sign up for the Campaign PLUS Package

After reviewing all the information, click “Buy Now” at the bottom of the information page
  • Review commission fees and Terms and Conditions before confirming purchase
  • Click “Pay now” to confirm purchase
Note: Please note that once you have registered, you cannot withdraw it.

There will be a confirmation page stating that you have successfully subscribed to the resource pack. Click “View registered store” to review plan details.
Note: All Marketing Resource Pack subscription requests will be considered. You may be denied access to a campaign if you do not meet the package criteria listed on the Campaign Packages page.Related sub-campaigns (e.g. Upcoming/Ongoing LIVE Campaigns, Product Campaigns) will also be displayed. When you click on the campaigns, you will be redirected to the registration start page.

How to view and manage Packages

A. View purchased Campaign PLUS Packages

After submitting your products to a campaign, go to the Campaign PLUS Package page via “My Package” on the Campaigns page to view, track, and withdraw your campaign subscriptions.

B. Track the status of purchased Campaign PLUS Packages

The status of each Campaign PLUS Package will be displayed:
  • The seller will be charged the minimum commission rate (minimum level) after
  • They have been approved and allowed to receive the package
  • The minimum fee will be charged on the first day of the campaign period
  • If the review results deny your request, you will receive a notification with a recommendation to submit a request to purchase other resource packs. Reasons for refusal will also be provided.
  • Under review: The platform is under review, the minimum level has not been deducted
  • Approved: Platform approved, minimum deducted
    • Rejected: The platform has rejected your request to subscribe to this resource pack
      • Expired: The campaign has ended or has been deleted

      To check your seller commission settlement for your marketing resources on your desktop Seller Center, visit the Campaigns tab. Click My Package > Actions “...” > Deduction HistoryDeduction history will only be available once the commission has been deducted
