In November 2022, TikTok Shop added a new associated entity Tokgistic Pte. Ltd. Tokgistic Pte. Ltd. will provide logistics services for sellers. The platform shipping fee invoice will also be issued separately by Tokgistic Pte. Ltd. from November 2022. Sellers can find monthly logistics fees invoices in the Invoice center.

What is the difference？

Before November 2022, TikTok Shop issued logistics fees and other platform service fees through TIKTOK PTE. LTD. After November 2022, TikTok Shop issues logistics fees through Tokgistic Pte. Ltd. and other platform service fees through TIKTOK PTE. LTD.Note: There is no double charge scenario for the separate invoices.

How does TikTok Shop calculate the logistics fees invoice amount？

TikTok Shop issues monthly logistics fees invoices based on the Actual shipping fee.

• Actual shipping fee: The actual shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and dimensions measured by the logistics service provider after shipping. TikTok Shop will charge the seller the Actual shipping fee.
• Customer Shipping fee: TikTok Shop collects the customer shipping fee from buyers and it is based on the product weight uploaded by the seller. TikTok Shop will estimate the Customer Shipping fee when buyers make an order. The Customer Shipping fee is part of a seller's earnings. Tiktok shop will transfer Customer Shipping fees to the seller on ordering.
