Shipping - All You Need to Know on How to Ship an Order

Ship Order One by One

When processing an order, seller can prepare their shipment for each order on by one. The following is the step by step process:Click here to Ship Order One by One

Step 1: Finding Awaiting Shipement OrdersNavigate to Seller Center > Manage Orders > To Ship > Awaiting Shipment image.pngStep 2: Prepare the Order and Print Picking List

Step 3: Arrange Shipment
  • Seller can click "Arrange Shipment" and select "Pick-up ". This will trigger a pick up request to our logistics partner and it will be picked up within 48 hours. If you want to schedule a particular pick-up time, please call the provider to arrange it.
  • Seller can also click "Drop-off" and the location URL will be provided to the seller. Seller can click "Find nearby drop-off points" and then seller will be redirected to the carrier website accordingly.
  • Seller is required to process the order within 72 hours since the order is received.

  • Seller have three options to print labels
    • Picking List
    • Shipping Label
    • Both Pick List & Shipping Label
  • Pack the orders and stick the shipping label on the parcels
  • Please don't print shipping labels on paper smaller than the selected template. For example, please don't use A6 paper to print A5 template. And thermal paper is recommended.
  • Packages with shipping labels whose barcodes cannot be scanned or whose images are unclear (light or faint) will be rejected upon collection.The platform is not responsible for the rejection of collection caused by non-compliant printing.image.png

Step 5: Track your Shipment
  • Logistics status will be automatically updated by the system. Below is the statuses that can be seen when tracking shipment
    • Awaiting Collection
    • Courier Picking Up
    • Pick Up Succesful
    • In Transit
    • Delivered image.png


Packages with shipping labels whose barcodes cannot be scanned or whose images are unclear (light or faint) will be rejected upon collection.

Step 1: Finding Awaiting Shipment OrdersNavigate to Seller Center > Bulk Shipping

Step 2: Prepare the Order and Print Picking List
  • Generate the documents of the orders you wish to process by ticking the box of selected orders or by filtering the order conditions . The conditions are:
    • logistic provider
    • order payment time
    • product name
  • Print the picking list while prepare all the selected orders.
  • Seller is required to process order within 72 hours since order is received.image.png


Picking List image.pngStep 3: Arrange ShipmentMethod 1: "Arrrange Shippment for Ticked Orders"
  • Select Orders: Choose "Picking List Printed" in "Printing Status" and tick the orders that sellers want to ship.
  • Batch Shipping: Click "Arrrange Shippment for Ticked Orders"
  • Arrange collection: Sellers can choose Pick up or Drop off, logistics providers will pick up the parcels or sellers can go to nearby drop-off points. Then the order status will changed to "Awaiting Collection"
Method 2: "Arrange for all Filtered Orders"
  • Select Orders: Merchants can filter the orders that need to be shipped, filter conditions are:
    • Printing Status: Select "Picking list printed"
    • Logistics provider
    • Order payment time:
    • Product name
  • Batch Shipping: Click "Arrange for all filtered orders" system will pop up a window, sellers confirm then click "Continue"
  • Arrange Collection: Sellers can select “Pick-up” or “Drop-off”. The platform will pop up a window to display the progress bar of batch shipping. If progress is completed, the order status will all be changed to "Awaiting collection", if the. Progress is closed midway, the rest orders' status will still be showing "Awaiting shipping".

Step 4: Pack and Print Shipping LabelAfter arranging all filtered orders, go to the "Generate Documents" tab to print the shipping label & Packing list for these batch orders.Sellers can print up to 600 packages which match the filter condition in one batch.image.png

  • While generating documents, the waiting tip pop-up will be displayed. It shows the quantity of processed packages, total quantity and the estimated remaining time.Document print result pop-up will be displayed. It shows the shipping documents list and the brief print result.image.png

  • If the package quantity is more than 200, they will be split into different groups. Each group has up to 200 packages. Sellers can open the file one by one. Or download all files at one time. image.png


  • If some packages fail to print, sellers can check the package which failed to print, and try to print them again or download the failed package information in Excel file.image.png

Step 5: Track your Shipment
  • Logistics statuses will be automatically updated by the system. Below is the statuses that can be seen when tracking shipment

  • Important: As of now, seller will not be able to change settings on Shipping Provider and Delivery Options

Drop-off Method and Scheduled Pick-up Feature

With the Drop-off Method and Scheduled Pick-up feature, you can choose to be picked up by our delivery service or drop-off directly to nearby Drop-Point at your own convenience.

Drop-off Method and Scheduled Pick-up FeatureYou can choose the handover method when you click the "Arrange Shipment" action button of an "Awaiting Shipment" order, and then the available collection methods will be displayed.
  1. You can choose the nearby Drop-Point Agent to deliver the packages, or
  2. If you want to schedule a particular pick-up time, please call the provider to arrange it.
    Notes: The Drop-off service is only applicable for J&T for now.Please ensure that the package should be either shipped out or dropped off to the carrier within 120 hours after the order is paid
