AI-Generated Content (AIGC)
AI-Generated Content (AIGC) is allowed on TikTok Shop if it follows TikTok Shop Content Policy and TikTok Community Guidelines. Use AIGC to support creativity and understanding—not to mislead buyers about product results, create fake sympathy stories, or misrepresent product details.

Please see the Creator Enforcement Policy and Creator Terms of Service for more information. If you think an enforcement action has been taken against you in error, appeal via the TikTok App. Please read our Creator Appeal Guidelines article for more information.
3 golden rules for AIGC
#1 Don’t misrepresent the product.
- AI-generated product visuals must match the real product and listing details (e.g., colour, size, material, features, design, shape and weight).
- Do not add features that don’t exist.
#2 Don’t fake results
- Do not use AI, filters, or editing tools to create “after” effects (e.g., skin smoothing, hair regrowth) on real people or AI avatars.
#3 Don’t fake stories to push sales
- Do not use AI characters or AI scenes to invent sad stories or fake crisis events (e.g., floods, conflicts) to pressure viewers into buying.
