How to Cancel the Linking Relationship with an MCN

Creators can request to disconnect from an MCN and provide a reason via the Partnerships page.
The MCN partner will receive an email titled "Your creator sent you an unlink request" and has 7 days to approve or decline the request.
If no action is taken within 7 days, the creator will be automatically unlinked.

Step 1. Creators go to the Partnerships page

On the TikTok app, go to TikTok Shop Creator Center > Partnerships > View Details > Unlink.
