Don't promise results your product can't deliver
Shoppers want to know how your health and beauty products can help them. Describe the benefits clearly and accurately, without promising results your products cannot deliver.❌ DON'T- Don't exaggerate or make false claims, such as promising guaranteed results
- For example: "Clears scars in 3 days"
- Don't make medical claims. Products must not claim to cure, prevent, or treat diseases or serious conditions.

- For example: "these dark patches mean you have diabetes"
- Don't discourage viewers from seeking professional medical advice or treatment, or claim that products can replace medical treatment.
- For example: "No need to see a doctor, just take this instead"
- Don't use AI-generated characters that look like public figures or professionals
- For example: AI doctors, medical experts, or officials.
- Support any health or beauty claims with visible product packaging details or government-approved documents.
- Use real, unedited photos. Any depicted effects must be realistic and supported by evidence.
- If you use AI-generated characters, use generic characters instead of doctors, medical experts, officials, or other authority figures.Learn more: Avoid Medical Misinformation

- Keep your listing images and promotional videos as real as possible.
- Let shoppers see the real effect.
- Don't use filters that change skin tone, hair colour, or texture.
- Don't edit your video to make the product look stronger or more effective than it is.
- Don't mislead shoppers with overly perfect results.
- Don't use AI, filters, or editing tools to fake results on real people or AI-generated characters, such as smoother skin or hair regrowth.
- Don't show graphic or unpleasant visuals, whether real or AI-generated.
