Seller KOLs are experienced TikTok Shop sellers who act as representatives and advocates for the platform. They share their expertise, promote best practices, and foster a supportive community among sellers. Their role is to enhance the connection between the TikTok Shop platform and its sellers, encourage more sellers to join training sessions and help them succeed on the platform.

Shop performance
  • NRR <=0.5% L30D
  • LDR <=4% L30D
  • SFCR <=2.5% L30D
  • T3 - T5
  • Who has hands-on experience and direct shop operation
  • EC Training experience: at least 2 years
  • Participation in at least 5 events, such as webinars, workshops, or industry conferences per year.
  • A minimum of 10,000 followers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Self-requirement
  • Seller reputation: No crisis, negative vibe on Social Media
  • Maintain a positive and neutral tone in all social media posts and communications
  • Able to speak publicly, shooting video and content writer
  • TSP reputation: No crisis, negative vibe on Social Media
  • Maintain a positive and neutral tone in all social media posts and communications
  • Able to speak publicly, shooting video and content writer, training class organization

Commited Activities

Each KOL must publish at least 1 Social Post in TikTokHood. If this requirement is not met for 2 consecutive months, the KOL benefits will be revoked.If any KOL registers for additional activities beyond these totals, they will be counted toward the ranking score and will not receive any additional incentives (voucher).
