SETUP SELLER PROFILE - BASIC

To start selling, sellers need to establish some basic information:

1. Seller Profile
2. Bank Accounts
3. Qualification Centre
4. Taxes
5. Warehouse Settings
6. Official Account
7. Marketing Accounts

The seller sets up the account according to the following instructions:

SELLER PROFILE

BANK ACCOUNTS

Linking a bank account for the first time

*Note: The name of the bank account holder must be the same as the registered name of the store owner

Change beneficiary bank information

*Lưu ý:

• A store can link up to 5 bank accounts at the same time
• The main account is the bank account that is given priority to receive money when the restaurant withdraws money from the store. Only 1 main account is allowed.
• Change operations include Delete or Set as primary
• Changing bank accounts may affect the store's withdrawal transactions, please consider before changing

QUALIFICATION CENTRE

Seller submits documents proving the brand owner's approval to sell products with the brand's brand(s), name(s) or symbol(s):

• Register for Brand Certification, check the list of brands
• Find, add, and manage seller brands
• Sellers can check the status of the submitted brand, delete or resend the information

Add brand authorization

Some required documents for different types of authorization:

1. Brand owner:

• Trademark registration certificate (trademark)
• The business registration license is still valid

*Note: Each trademark registration can only be used for one "Trademark Owner" application.

2. Level 1 authorized agent

• Trademark registration certificate (trademark)
• Brand authorization letter
• The business registration license is still valid

3. Level 2 authorized agent

• Brand authorization letter
• Level 2 dealer authorization certificate
• The business registration license is still valid

*Note: all documents are required

• Still validated
• Scan in color and clearly
• Businesses selling products under many different brands will need to register all relevant trademark documents

TAXES

Update tax code information

*Note: Individual sellers can select "No, I have not registered for Tax Code in Vietnam"

Change the address that appears on the invoice

*Note: The address updated here will appear on monthly invoices (go to Finance > Invoice Center)

WAREHOUSE

Edit warehouse information

*Lưu ý:

• Pick-up warehouse and return warehouse do not need to be at the same address
• Currently, TikTok Shop only supports stores installing ONE Pickup Warehouse and ONE Return Warehouse
• Changes to the warehouse address will take effect from 00:00 the next day
• Changing warehouse information may affect the shipping process, please check to make sure the information provided is correct.

OFFICIAL ACCOUNT

Important:

• Each TikTok Shop account can only be linked to 01 official account at a time
• 01 Tiktok Account cannot act as the Official Account of 02 TikTok Shops at the same time
• There is a maximum of 03 times to unlink the Official Account. After that, it can no longer be done
• Official Account Shopping Cart will NOT SHOW other stores' Affiliate Marketing products

MARKETING ACCOUNTS

Important:

• Maximum of 04 marketing accounts can be linked to 01 TikTok Shop
• There are a maximum of 10 marketing account links per 180 days. After using them all, you need to wait for the next 180-day cycle.
• Link invitations are valid for 48H. After 48H you need to resend the invitation.
• Sellers during the Probation cannot yet be linked to marketing accounts.

VACATION MODE

Set vacation mode

*Note:

• Valid from 00:00 on the first day of the vacation to 23:59:59 on the last day of the vacation.
• Orders placed before the start of the holiday still apply to TikTok Shop's standard delivery time. Please note that this will not affect the shipping of the order.

Set up automatic replies

*Recommendation:

• Sellers should turn on automatic response mode to notify customers about vacation

DELEGATION MODE

The seller temporarily delegates account management or approval to another user

Sellers set up information to receive notifications from TikTok Shop. Information includes:
